INCREASE EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT LEVELS:
Bridge Generational Differences Using 5 Common Points of Understanding
June 21, 2012
Location: Rasmussen College (Brooklyn Park Campus)
We need to get creative to increase Employee Engagement levels. Generational differences have a substantial negative effect on engagement levels and multiply that by four generations at work and we have a challenging task.
Low Employee Engagement levels represent lost opportunities to our organizations. Gallup’s research shows when engagement levels increase earnings per share, customer service, productivity, and profitability all increase. In 2010 BlessingsWhite showed the average level of engaged employees in the workplace to be 33%. We can do all the right things to increase engagement levels but if we don’t address generational barriers we have missed a huge opportunity.
This session includes:
*Strategies to align and engage each of the four generations
*Six universal drivers of employee engagement
*Five common points of understanding between generations
